Eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia or binge eating disorder are very common and often go unnoticed. Feeling like you need to restrict, purge, or binge on food can be explored in therapy. Modern society often promotes these behaviours, such as making up for food with exercise, or restrict until you just can’t take it anymore, which is followed by a binge. These are common things that can really take over life, but they can be worked through. There is a life where you are able to have freedom to eat what you like, when you like with no conditions attached.
