therapy prices and options.
I recognise that each client is different. That’s why I am pleased to offer both online and in-person appointments. Some of us prefer to talk face to face, whilst others may find the comfort of their own space talking over the internet a safer space to talk.
online therapy.
If you would like an online therapy session, I provide counselling via Microsoft Teams. Many people find that talking online from a space that is comfortable for them is preferable and can be carried out at a convenient time.
in person therapy.
For face to face work I practice at Healthwise Therapy Centre Leeds. This is a professional therapy centre located in Chapel Allerton near Leeds. The centre provides a calm and comfortable environment for you to seek the support you need.
group therapy.
Group therapy can be a healing and reparative way of exploring challenges with group and social situations in a safe space. I run regular therapy groups, where participants are supported in developing connection with others in a contained and supportive environment. Group sessions are held at Healthwise Therapy Centre Leeds.
pricing.
For individual sessions I charge £45. This is for a 50 minute session.
For in person couples therapy I charge £55 for a 50 minute session.
For group sessions, I charge £25 per person, per session. Group therapy runs for a course of 6 weeks.
